BUSINESS ANALYST
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and document database requirements with stakeholders, including current state analysis, data mapping, integration planning, and reporting requirements ensuring accurate and reliable performance metrics.
- Coordinate closely with the Business Process & Integration Program Manager to track project deliverables, validate accuracy, and ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Collaborate with GCI to analyze integration between the OpenText platform and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and reliable performance metrics.
- Organize, facilitate, and document team meetings to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project objectives.
- Lead the development of detailed project plans and strategic roadmaps for a procurement process management portal, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards for documentation, data security, and system configurations throughout all phases of the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise content management systems, with OpenText.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, workflow design, and data mapping techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and related portal solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality compliant solutions.
