BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather, validate, and document database requirements with stakeholders, including current state analysis, data mapping, integration planning, and reporting requirements ensuring accurate and reliable performance metrics.
  2. Coordinate closely with the Business Process & Integration Program Manager to track project deliverables, validate accuracy, and ensure adherence to established timelines.
  3. Collaborate with GCI to analyze integration between the OpenText platform and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and reliable performance metrics.
  4. Organize, facilitate, and document team meetings to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project objectives.
  5. Lead the development of detailed project plans and strategic roadmaps for a procurement process management portal, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
  6. Maintain compliance with organizational standards for documentation, data security, and system configurations throughout all phases of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise content management systems, with OpenText.
  3. Strong knowledge of business process analysis, workflow design, and data mapping techniques.
  4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with procurement processes and related portal solutions.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality compliant solutions.
