Haydan Consultants, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Manager to assist our clients in the New York City area. The Construction Manager acts as consultant to fellow staff members to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Position Overview
Our clients seek a Construction Manager to oversee the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. All while being accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and construction management activities and personnel on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking for CM’s with experience in the following dsiciplines:
- Aviation
- Transit/Rail
- Power & Energy
Minimum Qualifications
- · BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 4 plus years of management experience in a construction setting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
