The New York Police Department’s (NYPD) new 116^th Precinct Station House, an approximately 45,000-square-foot building, will be a two-story facility with a below-grade level that will incorporate all the required programs and functions of a new precinct. Haydan was part of the Construction Management team, serving as a subconsultant to Jacobs, providing inspection services. Tasks performed by Haydan included scheduling, reviewing Requests for Information, reviewing and approving percentages on invoices, tracking the performance and execution of change orders and assisting in scope development and estimating including best value/least impact.
