Haydan Consultants, Inc. and our client, the PANYNJ, is looking to hire a talented Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of design, development, and deployment of the Professional Services Workflows and process automation, in both the development and production environments, utilizing the OpenText Content Server platform with Document Builder/WF Painter, GCI workflow, and integrated OneFox modules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional and business process requirements for workflow plans and document findings.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of engineering/architecture scope of services with the ability to proactively liaise with multiple divisions/units/groups including but not limited to design, construction, land surveying, materials environmental inspection and testing, quality assurance, operation services, project delivery, and enterprise asset management to research, identify and gather relevant information to create and develop workflow templates.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge using OpenText Content Server to identify workflow metadata tags, correctly insert into existing and new templates, perform functionality tests, and troubleshoot.
- Examine, clean and transform legacy RFP data into a developer structure and data friendly format, for developer use and user review.
- Demonstrate high proficiency utilizing Excel for advanced reporting, pivoting, and formulas to support data transformation.
- Provide advanced technical experience utilizing MIRO to create, develop, and edit advanced and extensive workflow plans, manage boards, permission structures and integrity.
- Utilize B2GNow to identify, track, and report on certification and participation compliance.
- Perform functional and user testing on the Professional Services workflows including Request for RFP, Task Order Request Solicitation and Legacy RFP documenting all findings, providing recommendations, attending technical meetings with external developers and internal stakeholders, and performing troubleshooting and additional testing as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or similar technical degree.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in business analysis.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience using OpenText Content Server – Document Builder platform plus 1-year experience integration with OneFox platform
- Must have a minimum of 1-year advanced experience with MIRO and B2GNow
- Proposed candidate must provide a maximum of three projects demonstrating relevant experience, within the past 5 years, with proven success using OpenText Content Server platform, integration with OneFox platform modules, and either MIRO or B2GNow performing tasks, including advanced use of Excel or PowerPoint, as outlined in the Attachment A – Task Order Scope of Services, included herewith.
- Proposed candidate must demonstrate hands on experience and knowledge of Engineering Departments Professional Services workflows including the RFP Legacy, Task Order Request Solicitation, and Request for Proposals workflows.
Rate: $60-$70/Hr.
