Haydan serves as a subconsultant to AECOM on the New York City School Construction Authority’s (SCA) Contingent Staff Program, providing technical, professional and other qualified staff to the SCA to aide in the execution of their multi-billion-dollar capital plan to build and renovate the New York City school system. The staff that Haydan provides works side by side in the field and in the office to expedite the SCA’s five-year plan to provide quality learning and teaching spaces for New York City’s teachers and students. Haydan’s contingent employees are engaged in all phases of the construction process, including but not limited to scope and design review, pre-construction and construction, technical reports, change orders, submittals, Requests for Information, closeout and transfer to the Department of Education.
